Barry Schwam

Actor and voice over artist Barry Schwam has played nearly 50 roles on stage, film and television, including Scrooge, The Nerd, Abraham Lincoln, from blackmailing butlers to absent minded professors. His voice over performances include several characters for the Minikin Traveling Puppet Shows seen at county fairs all over the nation, and the voice of the Automatronic Colonel Sanders, at the Colonel Sanders Museum in Louisville, Kentucky. Barry also works with poets, recording their material with unique sound effects and music.

A musician as well, Barry plays that singularly rare instrument, the theremin - famed for being the only one in the world played without touching it, and which produced the quintessential science fiction sound from the 1950s and 1960s.
